قصص الأنبياء
Stories of the Prophets
On the method of Ibn Kathir — the Quran first, then sahih reports. Weak news and Israiliyyat are left out.
The most used authentic book of this kind is Qasas al-Anbiya of Imam Ibn Kathir. He built it from the Quran, then from reports he had already weighed in al-Bidayah wa al-Nihayah. He still quoted some Israiliyyat with a warning. Nur does not. If a scene is not in the Quran and not in a sahih or hasan hadith in the Nine Books, it is not on this shelf.
Read a chapter. Open the ayah. Open the hadith. That is the whole method.
