Ibrahim
إبراهيم خليل الله
Ibrahim is the intimate friend of Allah. He broke the idols of his people. They threw him into a fire. Allah said: O fire, be cool and safe. He argued with a king who claimed life and death. He asked how Allah gives life to the dead, and was told to take four birds.
He settled Hajar and Ismail in a valley without crops, beside the House. He and Ismail raised the foundations of the Kaaba and prayed that a messenger would be sent from their offspring. That messenger is Muhammad ﷺ.

The Quran does not name which son was laid down in the dream. The ummah holds it was Ismail. Argue from the text, not from heat.
