Daily Adhkar

Morning, evening, after the prayer, and before sleep. The wording is from Bukhari, Muslim, Abu Dawud, and Tirmidhi. Tap a line to count.

أذكار الصباح

From Fajr until the sun is up. The Prophet ﷺ did not leave these.

1. أَصْبَحْنَا وَأَصْبَحَ الْمُلْكُ لِلَّهِ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ، لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

   We have entered morning and the dominion belongs to Allah. Praise be to Allah. There is no god but Allah, alone, without partner.

2. اللَّهُمَّ بِكَ أَصْبَحْنَا، وَبِكَ أَمْسَيْنَا، وَبِكَ نَحْيَا، وَبِكَ نَمُوتُ، وَإِلَيْكَ النُّشُورُ

   O Allah, by You we enter morning, by You we enter evening, by You we live, by You we die, and to You is the resurrection.

   Tirmidhi 33910 / 1

3. أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ. اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ…

   Ayat al-Kursi, once. Open the verse and read it in full.

4. قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ · قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ · قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ

   Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, and An-Nas. Three times each.

5. اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ، وَأَنَا عَلَىٰ عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ، أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ، أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَيَّ، وَأَبُوءُ بِذَنْبِي، فَاغْفِرْ لِي، فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ

   The master of seeking forgiveness. Whoever says it in the morning, certain of it, and dies that day, is of the people of the Garden.

6. بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ

   In the name of Allah, with Whose name nothing on earth or in the sky can harm. He is the Hearing, the Knowing.

7. سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ

   Glory be to Allah, and praise is His. A hundred times. Sins fall like leaves.

   Muslim 26910 / 100

8. لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ، وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

   There is no god but Allah, alone, without partner. His is the dominion and His is the praise, and He is over all things able. Ten times — a hundred if you can.

9. أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ

   I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He created.

10. حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ، عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ، وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ

    Allah is enough for me. There is no god but Him. On Him I rely, and He is Lord of the great Throne.
