Hud and Salih
هود وصالح عليهما السلام
Ad were a strong people after Nuh. Hud told them to worship Allah and not to strut on the earth. They called him a fool. A barren wind destroyed them.
Thamud came after. Salih brought the she-camel as a sign. They hamstrung her. A blast took them in their homes. Both stories are Quran, almost only Quran. There is no sahih Bukhari report that adds a new scene. The lesson is the same as Nuh: a sign, a refusal, an end.
From the Quran

No extra sahih scene in the Nine Books. The Quran is enough here.
Hud and Salih are named in the Quran. Do not paste them onto archaeological guesses and call it tafsir.
