Zakariyya and Yahya
زكريا ويحيى عليهما السلام
Zakariyya saw Maryam had provision without a door opening. He asked for a boy though he was old and his wife was barren. Allah gave him Yahya, confirming a word from Allah — Isa. Yahya was told: take the Book with strength. He was devout, honouring his parents, not a tyrant.
The Quran does not tell his death. Later history does. Nur stops where the Book stops.
