Sadi — plain and late
تيسير الكريم الرحمن للسعدي
1376 AH / 1956
Abd al-Rahman ibn Nasir al-Sadi of Unayzah wrote a tafsir in clear Arabic for ordinary readers. He stays close to the meaning and does not pile names. Teachers give it to new students because it is short and careful. On Nur it opens in Urdu when the app is in Urdu, and in Arabic otherwise.
Open Sadi on Al-IkhlasA modern book. Not a replacement for Tabari. A kind door if classical Arabic feels heavy.
