The Prophet’s ﷺ own dreams
رؤيا النبي
He ﷺ saw the house of Umar in a dream. He ﷺ saw Aishah in silk. He ﷺ saw people being punished in their graves. He ﷺ interpreted milk as knowledge, and a shirt as religion. Those interpretations are his ﷺ. They are not a licence for us to invent a language of cows and keys.
He ﷺ also said: whoever lies about a dream will be tasked on the Day of Standing to tie a knot in a barley-grain, and he will not.
